How do I book a room?
At the booking menu, select your intended check-in & checkout date, room quantity and numbers of adult and child guests.
Then click on ‘Check Availability’ button to start search for room availability and rate for your intended date.
Select your room type by click on the ‘Book Now’ button on the selected room row. The price shown is total room price. To see the pricing breakdown, move your mouse over to the price.
Enter your details required and should you need any additional request, just select it from the list or enter at the box provided. Tick on the Terms & Condition tick box to proceed.
Check thru all your booking at the reservation summary. Once done, select your mode of payment and click ‘Pay Now’.
Please be informed that the payment service for this hotel is provided by 3rd parties payment gateway vendor, iPay88 (http://www.ipay88.com).
Once your room is booked, you will receive an email confirmation from the hotel. Print it out and bring this room confirmation to check in.
Can I book online and pay upon check in?
No. When you booked online, you have to pay immediately. This is because our online rooms are very limited and the pricing is a discounted pricing. Paying immediately after booking will also secure your room booking.
What type of payment received? We able to receive booking payment via major credit cards (Visa & Mastercard) & local bank transfers.
Is my online payment safe? Of course. Our online payment service is provided by one of Malaysia best online payment gateway, iPay88 (http://www.ipay88.com).
Does my booking confirmed? Yes, provided you have made the payment after your book online. Once you have made payment, you will be receiving and email on the room confirmation.
How do I cancel my booking? In order to cancel your online booking, you have to call our hotel at +60.82.285500. Please provide your name or booking number to facilitate the cancelation process. There is no refund for all online room cancellation.
Do I get refund if I no show?
No. We will not refund you if you no show.
Does my information safe? You can rest assure that your information is safe with us. We will not sell or distribute your information to any 3rd parties without your consent.
How do I get frequent updates from this hotel? Our hotel will provide our very best customer service to everyone. Should you like our hotel, please enter your name and email address at the `Newsletter Subscription` box. We will be sending you exclusive great offers, promotions and updates on our hotel.
Reservation and Date Change Policy
*A non refundable administrative fee of Thirty ringgit (RM 30.00) per room per night will be imposed for any changes in the reservation bookings.
* All Reservation changes (including upgrades) are subject to room availability.
* Reservation changes are not allowed within 48 hours of check in date.
* All reservation changes are only valid within 30 days of the original reservation date. Any changes beyond the 30 days expiry date are deemed to be cancelled.

6.2 From time-to-time the Hotel may provide you the opportunity to participate in surveys or contests on our site. If you participate, we will request certain personally identifiable information from you. Participation in these surveys or contests is completely voluntary and you therefore have a choice whether or not to disclose this information.
